He was predeceased by: his parents, Broney C. Budas and Joe Budas; his sisters, Jo-Ann Nalepka and Bonnie Wysocki Steinberg; and his niece Nancy Anderson.
He is survived by: his nieces, Susan Kosir (John) and Jennifer Nalepka; his nephew Michael Nalepka; his great-nephews, Andrew Anderson (Ariel), Matthew Kosir, Nicholas Kosir and Ryan Anderson; his brothers-in-law, Thomas Nalepka (Judy) and Joel Steinberg; Amelia Anderson.
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lake Metroparks Environmental Learning Center (7250 Alexander Rd, Painesville, OH 44077).
