He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kelly and Mary Hoover Kelly; and his siblings, John, Joseph and Helen.
He is survived by: his siblings, James and Ann of Pittston; his sister-in-law Mary; and his nephew Tom of Canton, GA..
