She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brookbank and Cecilia Brookbank; her husband Roger J. Perkins; and her sisters, Jean Dickens and Janet Mahanes.
She is survived by: her children, Kent Perkins, Craig Perkins (Anna Jade), Connie Morris and Sharon Osborne (Danny); her siblings, Patricia Smith, Ronnie Brookbank and Kenny Brookbank; her grandchildren, Brittany James (Brett), Heidi Perkins (Jimmy), Nicole Perkins, Mason Morris, Nicholas Morris, James Osborne IV (Mary), Justin Osborne (Emily) and Joshua Osborne (Jenn); and her great grandchildren, Ryder, Levi, Jaycee, Jimmy, Sawyer, Owen and Jozie. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, as well as many dear friends.
