She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Vidal Almendariz and Rufina Almendariz; her husband John William; her son John (Jo Ann Sullivan); her grandchildren, Jaxson and John; her daughter Ana; and her grandsons, William, Andrew and Matthew.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Prairies Chapel (6568 Chapel Ln, Riverside, OH 45431). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Dayton National Cemetery.
