He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Smith and Stella Smith; and his siblings, Marilyn Smith, Della Kulak, Beverly Townsend, Elaine Smith, Kenneth Smith, Carlton Smith and Roger Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Alice; his sons, Kevin, Ken (Jeanne) and Kyle (Bev); his grandchildren, Kristina (Greg), Emily, Emilie, Isaiah and Hope; his great grandchildren, Noah and Nash; and his siblings, Tom Smith (Doreen), Donna Green and Mary Dykhouse (Ray). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Council 3724 Knights of Columbus -or- Society of Saint Vincent de Paul.
