With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carl D. Patrick (Fairborn, Ohio), born in Vest, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 17, 2025 at the age of 86. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Patrick and Eva Patrick (Dobson); and his sisters, Janice Lykins and Genevieve (Nell Wickliffe). He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his daughter Kelly Spangler (Andy) of Centerville; and his grandchildren, Dillon, London, Maddy and Chase. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other extended family, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association -or- Hospice of Dayton.
