He was predeceased by : his parents, Vola Phelps and Doris Phelps (Tyler). He is survived by : his sons, Chris Phelps (Emily), Kyle Phelps (Emily), Kody Phelps (Julie Larson) and Trevor Bowling; his grandchildren, Jordan, Kade and Reagan; his sister Gail Peterie (Bill); his nephew Benjamin Peterie; and his former life partner Jennifer Phelps.
