He is survived by: his wife Betty Lakins Rakes; his daughters, Lori Rakes McNeill (David) of Whitewright, TX, Tina Rakes Crawford (John) of Greenville, SC and Holly Rakes Ocampo (Al) of Beavercreek, OH; his grandchildren, Cade Chick (Delanie), Hannah McNeill Kamara (Timothy), Benjamin McNeill (Talisha), Hunter Toler, MaryKathryn McNeill Dalton (Brent), McKenna Ocampo-Toler Borgerding (Jakob), Madison Ocampo-Toler Duvall (Ryan), Evan Toler, Samuel McNeill, Lachlan Crawford, Aila Crawford, Paisley Crawford, Guardian Ocampo and Highland Ocampo; and his great grandchildren, Aria, Canon Chick, Matthew, Wesley McNeill, Adelaide McNeill, Shepherd, Thatcher Duvall, Timson and Grace Kamara. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
