He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cooper and Vivian Cooper (Buehner); his sister Cheryl; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Herbert and Dennis Whitt.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Bundy); his children, Jeff (Stephanie) and Erin (Tim Fields); his grandchildren, Evelynn, Jonathan and Vivienne; and his sister Joyce Whitt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethlehem Lutheran School in Fairborn, Ohio, in Dave's memory.
