He is survived by: his wife Annette Malone; his children, Lureana Rhae Sandlin (Henry), Daniel Wormeley, Kasey Leighanne Malone (Justin), Kaitlyn McCaughan and Jeremy Ray Malone (Ashley); his grandchildren, Kaytlen, Liam, Charlotte, Carson, Ava, Layne, Joseph, Carl and Sydney; his mother Diane Harmon; his stepfather Ray Harmon; his sisters, Kristi Ferguson (James) and Kelsey Sluyter (Will); his parents-in-law, Lurean and Larry Edwards; and his pet Jill. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
