She was predeceased by: her parents, T. Chacko Chacko and Sara Chacko (Mathew). She is survived by: her daughter Priya Small (Neil); her grandsons, Benjamin and Timothy; and her siblings, Susan Sharma (Shashi), Sara "Meera" Chacko (Basil "Ben") and Thomas "Anil" Chacko (Regie). She is also survived by her 2 nieces and 3 nephews.
After the COVID-19 pandemic, Libby moved to Fairborn, OH, continuing a life built around her faith-based community and staying in contact with her siblings and family and Mahilalayam Secondary School friends.
