She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Bolin and Etta Bolin (Cantrell); her husband James B. "J. B." Perry; her sons, Jimmy and Tom; and her siblings, Zelda and Edison.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Cook (Rick) and Timothy Perry; and her grandchildren, Crystal Hoagland (Joey), James Perry, Kristie Perry and Sumer Kroh.
