Esther Francis Meyer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Francis Meyer (Fairborn, Ohio), who passed away on December 2, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Hoesl and Marie Hoesl; her siblings, Mary Jean Hoesl, Wilma Barrett, Thomas Hoesl, Ruth Vogt, Charles Hoesl, Helen Olding and Richard Hoesl; her granddaughter Ellen Garner; her daughter-in-law Kim Meyer; and her great grandchild Jonah Kiger.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Meyer, Ann Garner (Rod) and Susan Bailey (Ed); her grandchildren, Benjamin Garner, Nicholas Meyer (Amy), Dr. Elizabeth Bailey (Thomas Magrino), Kaitlyn Kiger (Jaron) and Edward Bailey, III (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Abigail, Jackson, Henry Meyer and Caroline Bailey; and her siblings, Nicholas Hoesl, Clare Hoesl, Joan Schott and Joseph Hoesl. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 3rd 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home Chapel (422 E Dayton Yellow Springs Rd, Fairborn, OH 45324). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 3rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
