He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Sr. Reed and Dorothy Reed (Eisman); his wife Patty; and his grandson Zachary Reed. He is survived by: his children, Samuel Gus Reed (Cheryl), Matthew Reed (Kathy) and Holly Banford (Don); and his sisters, Gladys Frier and Juanita Strickland. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
