He is survived by: his father Larry Blevins (Carol Goode); his girlfriend Jennifer Blankenship; his daughter Melanie Blevins (Da'Shaun Davidson); his siblings, Tammy Sine (Doug Clevinger) and Larry Blevins II (Jamie Blevins); his siblings' children, Logan Sine and Tori Lehmenkuler; his grandson Antonio Davidson; Jean Cantrell.
