He was predeceased by: his parents, Casper G. Koogler and Barbara A. Koogler (Forsyth); his brother David; his grandmother Edwinna Forsyth (Horn); and his parents-in-law, Ted Morrow and Shirley (Coomer) Morrow (Chicky).
He is survived by: his wife Lisa E. Koogler (Morrow); his son Adam J. (Pantea); his grandson Cyrus; his daughter Amy E. (Zach); his cousin Debbie Fraley (Rod); and his friend Jimmy.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home (422 E Dayton Yellow Springs Rd, Fairborn, OH 45324). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
