We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Karen (Whaley) Adkins (Fairborn, Ohio), born in Oak Hill, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonathan Parks and Garnett Parks (Williams); her daughter Krissy Webb; and her siblings, Nancy Parks and Dean Parks.
She is survived by: her husband James "Butch" Adkins; her daughters, Suzanne Whaley and Tina Poulter (Brian); her grandchildren, Jonathan, Zachary (Erica), Lauren (Erik), Alex, Krystal, Jacob, Hannah and Hailey; her great grandchildren, Jayden, Crue and Tayleigh; her brother Dave Parks (Annette); and her sisters-in-law, Louise Walton and Sandy Fannin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Belton Stroup Funeral Home (422 E Dayton Yellow Springs Rd, Fairborn, OH 45324). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in memory of Karen.
