She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Fraley and Hazel Howard Fraley; and her husband Glenn Fultz. She is survived by: her children, Terry (Candee Fultz), Tamra Shaw of Ward and Tracey (Floyd Smith); her sister Cindy Snook; her grandchildren, Amber, Marcus, Chelsea and Dustin; and her stepgrandchildren, Kaitlin, Daniel and Anthony. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
