She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Adams and Beulah Adams (Leap); and her husband Edward Phillips. She is survived by: her sons, Brent Phillips (Kellie) and Jason Phillips (Melissa); and her grandchildren, Caleb, Brooklyn, Trenton and Aaliyah.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rona Community Church (1082 Rona Pkwy Dr, Fairborn, OH 45324). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dayton Gospel Misson.
