She was predeceased by : her parents, George Caskey and Causie Ann Caskey (Doolin); her husband Darrell; her siblings, Jeanette Hurley, E. K. Caskey and L. B. Caskey; her daughter-in-law Shirley Perry; and her grandsons, David Ison and Justin Ison.

She is survived by : her children, Sherrie Ison (Les) of Fairborn, Charlie Perry of West Liberty, KY and Darrell Jr. Perry (Connie) of Manchester, OH; her grandchildren, Joyce Pennington, Ricky Pennington and Mariah Powell; and her sister Minnie Gevedon. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
