He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Tony Allen Luttrell; his father Eddie E. Luttrell; his daughters, Anita Marie Morgan and Shelby Michael Luttrell-Scheide; his mother Maria Q. Luttrell; and his siblings, Teresa Luttrell, Maria Luttrell, Anita Burns, David Luttrell, Eddie Luttrell and Timothy Luttrell.
