He is survived by: his children, Todd Koogler (Karen), Chris Richie (Mike) and Tricia Rake (Steve); his grandchildren, Todd Koogler (Jennifer), Kara Gooch (Justin), Whitney McConnell (Sam), Chad Richie (Liz), Emily Rake and Claire Rake; his great grandchildren, Todd, Colton, Callie, Samantha, Carlee, Caiden and Noah; and his sister-in-law Irene Koogler.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Bulter and Warren Co. -or- Bethlehem Lutheran School Endowment Fund.
