He was predeceased by: his father Harry O'Toole; his niece Elisa Welbaum; and his great-nephew Logan Voorhees. He is survived by: his mother Loretta O'Toole of Troy, OH; his wife Julie Peyton; his siblings, Marsha O'Toole and Bryan O'Toole (Laura) of Troy, OH; his stepsons, Christopher Thompson (Libby) of Kettering, OH and Nicholas Thompson of Lansing, MI; and his stepgrandchildren, Alivia, Eric and Violet. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
