She was predeceased by : her parents, Archie Neil and Florence Neil (Ball); her husband Kenneth Carsner; and her brothers, Mark Neil and Johnny Neil.
She is survived by : her children, Lisa Emanoff and Donald Carsner; her grandchildren, Miranda Emanoff, Chase Carsner, Kyle Carsner (Tianna), D. J. Carsner and Kaitlyn Warner; her great grandchildren, Atalee, Kensley, Waylon and Tessa; her sister Diona Whitt (Donnie); and her son-in-law Wesley Emanoff. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
