He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Armstrong and Olive Armstrong of Fairborn, Ohio.; his wife Ruth Gibson (Bud); his children, Kimberly Speaight of Camp, Arkansas, Shane Armstrong (Lori) of Thayer, Missouri, Chad Armstrong (Shanda) of New Vienna, Ohio, Susan Smalley (Clinton) of Wilmington and Cheri Smith; and his great grandchild Tom. He was also cherished by five children and spouses as well as 18 grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the New Life Church - Thayer (120 W Adams St, Thayer, MO 65791).
