He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Eckstein and Mary Eckstein (Werner); and his sisters, Wilma Ronnebaum, Mary Lou Sentker and Pat Egbert.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Eckstein; his children, Joni Rouse, Sandy Eckstein and Billy Eckstein Jr. (Kista); his grandchildren, Gage (Haley), Jessica (Aaron), Ethan (Alexis), Dennie and Cooper; and his sister Ruth Inlow (Dean). He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
