She was predeceased by : her parents, James McKenzie and Judy McKenzie (Skaggs); her former life partner Van Smith; her husband Lloyd Azbell; and her children, James Smith, Ollie Smith and Patsy Smyers.
She is survived by : her sons, Billy Smith (Connie) of Waverly and Chester Smith (Claire) of Lancaster. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
