He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Weaver and Laura Weaver; his former wives, Brenda Spurlock and Brenda Weaver; his son Doyle Wayne Weaver; and his siblings, Ona Faye Weaver, Axie Mae Weaver and Callie Weaver.

He is survived by: his wife Annette Weaver; his sons, Kelly Weaver (Melissa) and Jerry Weaver (Connie); his daughter-in-law Becky Weaver; his stepchildren, Lisa Roe (Scott), Saundra Kelly (Timothy) and Keith Borst (Jackie); and his grandchildren, Alissa Weaver (Lee), Amber Ware (Daniel), Ashley White (Matt), Anthony Weaver, Brittany Brewer (Jeremy) and Chelsey Templin (Brannon). He is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
