We announce the death of Deanie Phyllis Horn of Fairfield, Ohio, who passed away on June 8, 2026, at the age of 86. Deanie will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Spradling and Helen Spradling (Dennis); her brothers, Max (Frances Spradling), Joe (Mary Ellen Spradling), Glen Spradling, Ron Welsh and Warren Horn; her son-in-law Dan McMurray; and her grandson John Horn.
She is survived by: her friends, Barb and Don Steins; her husband Stanley Dale Horn; her children, Susan McMurray, Deanna Cocina (Gus) and Dennis Horn (Jill); her grandchildren, Colton Wilmot, Ben Horn (Ashley Webb), Charlie Horn (Bailey Roy), Danny Horn and Hope McMurray; and her siblings-in-law, Ronald Horn, Betty Spradling, Carolyn Welsh, Gretchen Horn and Rosalee Horn. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
