It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Michael Phillips of Fairfield, Ohio, who passed away on November 25, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Phillips and Mary Phillips; his former wife Sharon Lynn Phillips; and his siblings, Mary Anglin, Gloria Rednour, Sandra Roberts and Darryl Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Phillips; his children, Michael Phillips (Lauren), Jason Phillips (Jenny) and Megan Souder (TJ); his stepchildren, Neka Phillips (Jeremy), Samantha Brown (Mike) and Matthew Hutson (Dawn); his brothers, Dean Phillips (Donna), Gerald Phillips (Barbara), Ronald Phillips and Eldon Phillips (Christine); his grandchildren, James, Caroline, Miles, Rory, Bella, Ruby, Macy, Sienna, Jake, Caleb, Carter, Cate and Millie; and his close friends, Jim and Shirley Howell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
