She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Spicer and Ruby Spicer (Bruce). She is survived by : her husband George Barlow; her children, Sheree Barlow, Roxane Barlow and Bryan Barlow (Patricia); her siblings, Colleen Hensley (John), Carl Spicer (Jo Ann) and Carlos Spicer (Gail); her grandchildren, Erin, Sarah and Ryan Barlow (Paulina); her brother Clarence Spicer Jr. (Annette); and her close friend Helen Gibson (Douglas). She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Dolly's honor to one of her favorite charities: St. Bonaventure Indian Mission & School, St. Joseph's Indian School.
