It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene F. Smith of Fairfield, Ohio, who passed away on July 16, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eugene F. Smith to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Smith and Mary Smith (Meehan); his wife Dolores M. Tanner; his son Terry Smith; and his sisters, Alice Sprague and Mary Margaret Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Tom Smith, Jim Smith, Suzanne Smith and Michele Semona (L. V.); and his grandchildren, Sierra Smith, Liza, Louie and Gabby Semona.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Zettler Funeral Home (2646 Pleasant Ave, Hamilton, OH 45014). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (400 Nilles Rd, Fairfield, OH 45014).
