He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Kell and Bernadette Kell. He is survived by: his wife Carol Foote Kell; his children, David Kell (Ashley) and Amy Maganga (Haruna); his grandchildren, Keegan Kell, William Kell, Nyles Maganga and Ellis Maganga; and his brother Tom Kell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
