Though Harris may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Harris touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leopoldo Franco and Elvira Gonzalez. He is survived by: his wife Beatriz E. Lujan; his daughter Maria Virginia Franco Lujan (Carlos) of Putney; his granddaughter Corina C. Putney-Franco; and his siblings, Moraima, Leopoldo, Altagracia, María Teresa, Halvor and Franklin. He is also survived by his six siblings; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
