He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn H. Starkey and Nellie Starkey (Flegal). He is survived by: his wife Judi; his children, Shawn Starkey (Amy) and Michael Starkey (Wendy); and his grandchildren, Rachel Starkey, Emma O'Toole (Jack) and Joshua Starkey.
