He was predeceased by: his mother Roberta June Jefferies; and his stepfather Gilbert Howell. He is survived by: his daughter Diane Lee Summerville (Jefferies); his granddaughters, Kayla (Summerville) and Camden Summerville of Fairfield; his siblings, Robert Jefferies Jr. (Sylvia) of St. Louis, MO, Patricia Jefferies (Bill Maloney) of St. Petersburg, FL, Liz (Jefferies) and Runyon (Paul) of Richmond, IN.; and his nieces and nephews, Elise Runyon of Exton, PA, Amy Runyon Swanson (Erik) of Waco, TX, Pamela Binegar (Robert) of Seminole, FL, David Jefferies (Renee) of Cincinnati, OH, Michael Jefferies (Christine) and Stephen Jefferies (Hannah).
A memorial service was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Orr Funeral Home (222 N 10th St, Richmond, IN 47374).
