He was predeceased by: his spouse Pat Maness; and his daughter-in-law Marlena Zumwalde. He is survived by: his children, Scott Zumwalde (Karen Kelley) and Chris Zumwalde; his grandsons, Mitchell Wheeler, Mason Zumwalde and Adam Zumwalde (Adela Alexander); and his great grandchild Kalani Zumwalde.
