She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold T. Holt and Vivian M. Holt (Hedges); her siblings, Sharon K. Jolly, Lloyd "Butch" Jolly and Wilma J. "Billy" England; and her daughter Heidi Jo Adkins.
She is survived by: her significant other Bernard "Bernie"; her daughters, Brandy and Terra Adkins; her grandchildren, Avery Grace Adkins, Emma and Colin Casey; and her brother Steve Holt (Robbyn). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
