She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Doak and Irma Doak (Gray). She is survived by: her husband Dick; her children, David Hammerly (Vicki), Rick Hammerly (Angie), Melissa Rebel (Tom) and Tracy Fisher (Ben); and her brothers, Michael Doak and Thomas Doak. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great grandchild.
