She was predeceased by: her husband Deacon Daniel J. Gallagher; and her parents, Francis Cox and Josephine Cox. She is survived by: her children, Brian (Elaine) of Yorktown Heights, NY and Tricia (Gary) of Cincinnati, Ohio; her grandchildren, Meighan Gallagher Alfano (Ralph), Caitilin Gallagher Murphy (Paul), Gabrielle and Daniel Hempel; and her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Catherine, Amelia, Madeline and George.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Northstar Hospice in Cincinnati.
