He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Eichhold and Catherine Eichhold (Kiffmeyer); and his brothers, Louis "Bud" (Marie), Joseph (Carolyn) and John "Jake" Eichhold (Elaine).
He is survived by: his children, Paul R. Jr. (Jan), Martha Junker (George) and Amy Giles (Chris). He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
