He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel B. Napier, Sr. and Mattie Napier (Williams); his wives, Juanita Napier (Litton) and Phyllis Napier (King); and his sisters, Penny Stewart and Mary DuVall.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Napier-Rueger, Donna Jones and Denise Schwartz; and his stepson Roger Gross. He is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
