She was predeceased by: her father Richard Pennington; her husband Stephen Butler; and her children, Stevie Ray Butler and Tiffany Stewart. She is survived by: her mother Mary Pennington (Bley); her son Brandon Pennington (Sarah); her grandchildren, Hunter, Izabella, Chandler and Coltyn; and her siblings, Sherry, Rick, Matt, Chrissy (Tom) and Hollie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home (330 Pershing Ave, Hamilton, OH 45011). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
