He is survived by: his wife Kelly A. Manley (Keyes); his children, Nick, Katie, Lauren and Tyler Manley; and his siblings, Carol Singer, Mary Manley (Paul Barker) and Bob Manley (Ginger Barson). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
