He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Gardner and Elsie Gardner (Barr); his sister Margaret "Peg" Gardner; and his grandson Tyler Lunsford. He is survived by: his wife Linda Gardner (Welsh); his sons, Michael Gardner (Angela) and Eddie Gardner; his stepchildren, Tim Lunsford and Tina Hurlbut; and his sisters, Cindi Burge (Keith) and Linda Gardner. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
