He is survived by: his siblings, Phyllis Childress (Jim) and Chris Tackett (Dian); his children, Melanie Day (Cecil), Bill Tackett, Adam Tackett (Tonya) and Brian Tackett (Dawnn); his grandchildren, Greg Day (Amy), Hannah Tackett, Kristen Cramer (Anthony), Cassie Tackett, Belle Robbins, Jay Robbins, Eli Tackett and Nicholas Tackett; and his great grandchildren, Peyton Day and Marlowe Day.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lighthouse Church (7061 Sparks Ln, Hamilton, OH 45011).
