She was predeceased by: her parents, Peggy and Michael; and her sister Teri. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Melissa Montisano (Joseph), Ally Herkner (Mike), Mandi Zamora (Anyelo), Amy Chang and Jason (Jenn); her grandchildren, Lily, Mason, Michael and Madison; and her sister Mary Hancock (Bill). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and grand puppies.
A Mass will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Hilary Parish (2750 W Market St, Fairlawn, OH 44333). Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Open House.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in memory of Ann Leach at either ACCESS Women's Shelter or St. Jude.
