He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Frank and Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Savannah Wharton, Shelby Norman (Chase), Austin Wharton, Sarah and Madeline Bailey; his stepdaughters, Holly Marshall (Tucker) and Amy Lovett (Patrick); and his stepgrandchildren, Tucker, Reid Marshall, Catherine, Patrick Lovett and Annie.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hummel Funeral Home (2800 W Market St, Fairlawn, OH 44333). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church (1361 W Market St, Akron, OH 44313).
