He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen "Mindy"; his son Sean; his daughter-in-law Lori; his grandchildren, Jonah and Julia; his siblings, George McCartney, Lydia Hammar (late George) and Michael McCartney (Cathy); his in-law John Costigan (Alice); his son Terry Costigan (Debbie); his grandchildren, Chris, Megan and Kathy Shorder (Fred); and his daughters, Sarah, Amanda, Ann Benson (David), Sue Costigan, Emma and Audrey.
