He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred and Leland. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Jack (Valerie), David, James (Courtney), Mary, Kelsey and Shelley (John); his grandchildren, Braden (Brooke), Victoria, Serena (Josh), Natalie, Jeremy, Joshua, Alison, Briella and Stella; and his great grandchild Caleb.

The family suggests memorials to the Humane Society of Summit County.
